Executive Chef Pasquale Abbatiello is a native of Naples who grew up in his uncle’s pizzeria. After moving to New York, he studied at the French Culinary Institute and then returned to Italy to further his studies at a culinary institute in Tuscany. Pasquale’s imaginative take on Italian cuisine has won rave reviews from diners at Wood & Fire for years.
